I run 3 apps for various cameras. This one is the worst! It drops my cameras often and I have to go through a long process to reconnect them, once I do, I usually have to reset the camera which then loses my clip history. For security, this makes the cameras a liability as I can not rely on them to capture or record important events. It's too bad, because it shouldn't be difficult to keep a wifi camera available through the internet.

(using cameras ec-60) If you're gonna force us to use the app and not have web browser access, how about adding a cast button (so we're not always forced to use Google voice commands) and allow app to run minimized (with mini screen) so we can multi-task. I get dozens of security notifications from Xfinity about the camera. Constant and annoying "continue watching" prompts.

RE: Latest update (March 2024): The latest terms of service update is highly intrusive. If you don't accept the TOS, you will not be able to use the app. This makes all devices associated with app useless. While I understand the need for software/hardware updates, the use of personal information should not hold you hostage. There is no option to opt out. Agree to the TOS or lose use of your device(s).
